Thursday evenings | Learn to see through life’s illusions

Imagine you could see life’s illusions for what they are.

According to Buddhist teachings, our minds typically relate to illusions as if they are real, thinking things exist independently and labelling them as good or bad. This creates strong emotions, conflicts, and suffering.

What if you could see things as they truly are – interconnected with your mind, like an illusion?

This understanding enables you to break free from unnecessary confusion and suffering.

Through meditation on the way things actually exist, you can discover a new perspective on life – an understanding that gives you the freedom to choose how you relate to things and people. This wisdom can transform your life into something more joyful and meaningful.

In this series of classes, Chosang will guide you through practical meditations on this wisdom and help you to apply it to daily life.

These classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience alike. Each class is self contained and can be attended as a series, or on a class by class basis.

Meet the Teacher | Kelsang Chosang
Chosang is an ordained Buddhist nun, practitioner and teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Durban. She delights in sharing Buddha’s wisdom teachings and has a gentle and clear way of teaching and guiding meditations that makes them very accessible to everyone.
